Changing your windows while the siding is off of your house ensures that you have the best insulation seal around your window. Windows can be changed without removing siding, but it is always best to do it at the same time.
You do not have to change the soffit and facia when you are changing the siding, but many times you will get a cleaner, more complete look by changing it.
